First Impressions Gala

On Saturday, October 12, 2024, the Museum of Art + Light (MoA+L) will be hosting First Impressions Gala, the museum’s inaugural event. As such, we cordially invite you to join us in celebrating this major milestone and dedication of the first-ever contemporary art museum that features immersive, digital, and physical art exhibitions from inception with the mission—to bridge 21st century technology with the visual and performing arts to incite positive emotion, cultivate meaningful connections, encourage artistic exploration, and spark innovation.

This inaugural event will invite over 500 community members, artists, and collaborators to embrace this new organization as a point-of-pride for Manhattan, Kansas while establishing ourselves as an anchor tenant for arts and culture.

Fundraising

Funds raised will go towards finishing our Digital Accelerator Learning Laboratory ongoing educational programming, preservation of our permanent collection, planning for the next series of immersive exhibitions, in-studio and K-12 arts programming.
