At traditional art museums, multimedia pieces often hide in dark corners. (You know the kind, where you find yourself alone in a little room, watching a flickering screen.) The groundbreaking Museum of Art and Light was conceived to get digital art (and its fans) out of the shadows, giving these contemporary pieces equal prominence with physical fine art.
